Are You Watching "iCarly"?

No, it's not the most recent addition to the Apple universe. A new sitcom from Nickelodeon, "iCarly" features buddies Carly and Sam, who just happen to produce a webcast. The show within a show is connected to an "iCarly" web site, and encourages the audience to send in video clips.
In the past week, excited young searchers dialed up "icarly," sending buzz on the term up 1,401%. As intended, it looks like the show is appealing to the tween audience—51% of those looking up the term are kids under 13. And the biggest "iCarly" fans hail from Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, New Mexico, and California.
So far, cast members Miranda Cosgrove and Jeanette McCurdy are being outbuzzed by the show's title. However there's plenty of time for their stars to rise. Related searches cover the "icarly cast," "icarly episodes," "icarly nickelodeon," "icarly nickelodeon webcast," and "icarly theme song." We'd like to request that an upcoming episode feature special guest star…Grumpy Grandpa! What? It could happen.
