Known as Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter to an older generation and Hannah Montana among those who really know what's going on, the Disney Channel teen star has commandeered Billboard charts with her album, and plans to storm 54 cities later this summer. Her "concert" Buzz is amplified by Disney's virtual concert series and makes the 15 year old more in demand than 17 Ozzfest metal-head bands over the past couple weeks,.

A note on one possibly unfamiliar name: At #18, Hong Kong film star Jacky Cheung (no, not that Jackie) has long been dubbed one of the four "heavenly kings" of Cantopop, aka Cantonese pop music.
