Some Like It Dark

With sales of chocolate in the billions of dollars every year, it's safe to say it may one of the best-loved (legal) substances on the planet. We know a few people who claim to be chocolate haters, but we're pretty sure they're fibbing through their cocoa-stained teeth. Everyone loves chocolate.
But choco-freaks the world over are divided: some like it milky, and some prefer it dark. The staunchest bunch are the dark-chocolate purists, who, with the rise of the gourmet and artisan chocolate niche, have been adding cocoa percentages and vintages to their chocolate. Whatever happened to plain old peanut butter and nougat?
We have tasted some of the pure stuff, and we eventually saw the light—or dark, rather. Still, taking a look at searches, we think you'll agree that any chocolate—milk or dark—is better than no chocolate at all.
