Apr 10, 2008 - AP Reports that Bush will speak this morning to sum up two days of hearings on Capitol Hill between Ambassador Crocker, General David Petraeus and members of the House and Senate.

The Washington Post points out that Bush will essentially be placing the fate of all 140,000 troops in Iraq into the hands of the next President.
