From the sound of this article, are we supposed to feel sorry for this guy? I thought a black man could not succeed in the United States. Most of the blacks I know make more than me, are less qualified and still bitch about "the man". Yes, we need more NAACP to make things "fair".

What do I think of this story? Are you serious. Michael Vick the thought of him even stepping foot onto a professional circuit makes me sick!! He shouldn't be allowed to play anywhere other than in a dog pound cleaning up animal crap for minimum wage. What he did was totally unexscusable, and to think people actually think he is remoreseful - give me a break! He is a loser and shouldn't be allowed to play professional ball again! Or maybe, he should go play for the friggin Chinese - I hear they eat dogs over there.

I thought that guy was in jail for abusing animals? It just goes to show you, any lawyer can make a guy like that look like a hero in front of a jury.

I think Vick did his time and should be allowed to play again in the NFL. Its not like he did 30 days in county, the man did 22 months in a federal prison give him a break. How much more does he have to do?

I think everyone should mind there business and concentrate on getting Animals Social Security Numbers since people can go to jail and leave them 12 million dollars. It's a crying SHAME. The punishment do not fit the crime. What they are offering is a slap in the face. There are people out her killing HUMANS and there punishment is lighter than Vic. BACK OFF and EVERYONE SHOULD MIND THERE OWN BUSINESS. Put youself in his shoes, Oh I forgot you never made it to PRO BALL of any kind.

I think he is a piece of sh*t and he don't deserve to play ball anymore. I use to like him b/c he is a good ball player but if i was to see him now i would spit right in his face b/c what he did was wrong, and if it was some1 else who did it and not sum1 1 famous it would of went down very different.

There should be no job ever for an animal abuser plain and simple! This is not a case of forgive and forget.

I guess and I am glad I don't spend my money watching no BS nfl
football.
Since ole slavemaster won't let Vick play some fuball in the nfl.
Black's in general need to boycott this BS and stop buying these
kkkracker type jerseys.
I will make sure to find something to do on a sunday for sure.

I curse Vick for the rest of natural life - short one I hope. If he makes it back on the ball field, "all" his earnings should go to the Humane Society. Let the S.O.B. try living on about $30,000/yr. My entire family will never watch any game that he plays in. Stupid bastard........I hope he disappears off the face of the earth - maybe death by dog bites.

It's crazy how all these aninmal right do-gooders/kkkrackers are so
concerned about Vick abusing animals, but none of these animal
right fanatics have enough basis common sense to stop homeless
among their own white people and don't even care about no starving
afrikans in the Sudan.
Glad I won't be wearing no nfl jerseys or watching this phony, racist
nfl BS.

Get this guy out of here.they should ban him from every football league. He should still be in jail.He is a typical inner city j*****.Ignorant ,selfish, stupid, and financially well off.Vick is a piece of garbage.I He still has a career.I wonder if a white pro football player would still be able to play football if he did the same crime as vick?Probably not.Because, the usa caters to the j*****

I am sorry, that is more money than he is worth!! He expects people to feel sorry for him, well, I don't. Anyone that can do what he did to those animals is a very, very sick person. I make $36,000 a year, he needs to make below that. What is wrong with this picture, I work in a factory and these pro players, all they have to do is play a game and they get paid millions. It isn't right. It isn't right that a pro player goes to prison and comes out and can still make over $500,000 a year, just makes me sick to my stomach. Why would anyone hire him? PERIOD.

His life is screwd for staging dogfights, welcome to America, where dogs are more of an issue than humans.

Am I supposed to feel sorry for him for making over 600K for playing a GAME? Sorry, not gonna happen... He's lucky to be able to play anywhere. I'm thinking he should shut his mouth, take the money, and be thankful he's out of prison.

Why is this keep getting mentioned at all? The NFL is not going to let this criminal play at all. He should be still in jail or dead!!

As far as I'm concerned, Vick shouldn't be playing professional football at any level, for any salary! Let him learn what it's like for all the people that helped pay him all those millions so he cruelly mistreat and abuse dogs! Just a regular job, at a regular salary with real bills to pay. And do I care about his money woes? NOT IN THE LEAST! He brought it on himself.

Michael Vick's NFL life is over because he provided a place for his stupid cousins to live and their retarded a****s decided to fight dogs and be big shots. Of course, they told where they lived and who owned the house as soon as they got busted for pot!!! And the story gre. Their behinds walked around free while Vick was in jail. That's the story everyone who have a smart kid should tell them-- don't feel sorry for loser relatives.
They are losers for a reason and will take U down with them. He can make money speaking around the nation on that. Screw NFL. I would have made them go to court to get the money back. He earned his pay. And who got the millions oif dollars to rehabilitate 18 pit bulls? The Peninsula SPCA kills them whenever a fighting dog is brought in. Whoever has adopted one has a time bomb as a pet. Haters with 30k salaries should be glad they are getting that. U probably arent worth that.

Don't care who he is, what job he has/had or what color of skin he has......should not ever be allowed to work again. He should be banned to an island to fend for himself. If he has so little regard for life of anykind......it is just a matter of time before he is back in prison for killing humans! An absolute travesty and shows what our country has become, when an animal killer can still make that kind of money.

what vick did was horrible but as far as im concerned he paid his debt to society and should be allowed to try to play in the nfl again. this scandle is going to haunt him the rest of his life and the from now until he dies the first thing anyone is goin to think when they see him is how he abused animals. vick is going to have a terrible second half oh his life and i think that in itself is goin to be punishment enouph

Michael, in advance welcome back, you are being given a second chance run with it. be blessed. Some will not understand, you made a mistake and paid for it. If there is anyone out there that is without
sin start throwing stones at Michael Vick.

Wow I have mixed feelings on this one. While he is a criminal he did serve his time and has payed his debt. 22 months in prison while Stallworth gets house arrest for killing somebody is a little concerning to me. I don't necessarily think he should be in the NFL but some secondary league to make a living seems fair. Could be convinced differently I guess.

I think too much emphasis has been placed o a man making a bad decision about how he should spend his time and money. he did a fraction of what some trash does when an human life, has been destroyed. I think some of the haters are jealous because this man has GOD given talent. He should go where his heart is and not try to prove to $5.00 an hour nobody thinks, by the way one man mistakes isn't the worlds problem, sweep around your own front door and take six months to leave mike alone and six months to take care of you and yours , this world will be a better place. I hope with the past friends he won't be so generous when he gets back on the TOP, because he will be back.
