Submitted: Jul 3, 2008 - Southeast Missouri's women's basketball team will not appeal an NCAA sanctions calling for the forfeiture of 44 victories and placing both the women's and men's programs on two years of probation. The university released a one-sentence statement late Thursday saying officials decided not to appeal the penalty.
