I am all for higher education BUT this spending has got to stop until the economy can have a reasonalble chance at recovery. Spending more on colleges right now with no jobs for the graduates to go to makes no sense to me right now. Sooo what if we have the highest percentage of higher education facilities etc...if no body can afford to go to college or can't get a job! This idiot needs to go back and take a basic bookeeping class that when there is no money in the check book ya' can't keep writing the checks.
