Our so-called justice dept. follows a strict 'federal felon protection' policy and does NOT investigate feds committing crimes against Americans, let alone those committed or condoned against foreigners. Feds are above the law as long as they kneel when told to kneel and inquire 'front or back' when ordered by their superiors to "Suck!"

The argument that "it was done by foreigners in a foreign country" does not stick as reason for not investigating and following in the law. Those accused, tried, and hanged in Nuremberg could have caimed the same immunity from Allied justice.
Moreover: If my friend does something heinous in my presence,I am as guilty as he is, because I am a accessory, if not an accomplice. It is strange, what kind of people and thinking are inhabiting the Department of Justice, the Pentagon, and the White House. I thought, the USA were on the way to sign the treaties of the International Court of Justice. After all, Obama does have nothing to fear -unlike Shrub & Co.- but the rescue of his country's reputation.

I think that there should be a Congressional investigation into how many American deaths have occurred as a result of aiding and abetting the enemy by major media outlets and so-called Human Rights organizations through "leaked" sensitive or secret documents through the media to the enemy. These organizations and the people who own them or make decisions for them, need to be held accountable and tried for treason if it can be shown that they aided the enemy's war effort and contributed to American deaths.

All the previous crimes, either domestically, internationally, or war crimes in violation of the Geneva Convention, will surface in time. President Obama has enough on his plate correcting the immediate failures of the Cheney, Bush Administration. We are witnessing a multi-tasking President with a clear vision, not a reactionary. He understands priorities, and knows that history will eventually catch up with Cheney and Bush. True Americans also have a clear vision of the facts. We have not forgotten the prempted diversions of Cheney just a couple of months ago. Each time a piece of news comes out, it helps to expose the lies and gross failures of the Republican party in decline.

Let's see now, Israel is accused of war crimes for returning fire into the west bank, and the Palistinians are accused of war crimes for firing misslies into Israel, Sri Lanka is accused of war crimes for killing Tamil Tigers that are hiding under the skirts of their women, but when the U.S. and it's allies capture thousands of prisoners, and hands them over to a General with a well known reputation of killing prisoners by stacking them into metal containers to sufficate, then fire a few rounds into the container to make sure their are no survivors, before burying them in mass graves, isn't a war crime? What am I missing here?

When are these so-called human rights groups going to condemn the Taliban and extremist groups for the violence they're inflicting on the innocent peoples of the world. Similar to the United Nations, they're concerned about neither the plight of the helpless nor collateral damage. How can they justify they're job titles?
I want to know why human rights groups and the ACLU are so quick to hunt US troops & president Bush for war crimes & crimes against humanity & so call civil rights being withheld from prisons at gitmo & in Afganistan or Iraq or any other country while noone complaints about the taliban or other terrorist groups actions against our troops or even civilians.
