His 4 terms as mayor is the reason that the district is in such a mess. He appoints people to positions that they are unqualified to be in and have no idea about how to administer. Their biggest concern is that they get a big office, assistants, government vehicle, driver and expense account.

He is proof anyone can get elected, this is kinda scary when you think about it. But it does explain the hell this country has gone through, and is still going through. People have no clue who they are voting for. They just vote for the one that has the name they like best.

I am sure he is innocent. I'm not quite sure of the meaning of the word "innocent" but I think it means that you did it, but got off because of a technicality.
