Yes he may have been here illegally but what ever happened to common decency?I have a problem with illegal aliens who try to get welfare,free health care etc.I have no problem with those who are law abiding,try to work and are just as stand up citizens as those born here.That woman should be ashamed of herself. Do you know how many thousands of hours Jiminez had to do back-breaking work at $4 an hour to buy his home? He is illegal. So what? What's this? While Jimenez may be an illegal, what about his wife? Plus their daughter is an American citizen, she was born here. Whomever tried to use the 14th amendment to say otherwise needs to read it again.
Section 1 of the 14th amendment says...
" All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
