Gee: a shooting in Miami??? Particularly in Overtown??? What a surprise!

(The only surprise is that it didn't happen over by "Calle Ocho"...or, as those of us who still speak English call it, "Eighth Street")

I'm surprised that with that many people there the only description they have of the gunman is that he was wearing a black trench coat and used an automatic weapon.

Next party, I'd make damned sure I invited those people. I didn't realize they'd be so pissed off at being left off the guest list.

If you see some one in Miami with a Trench coat on, he is either mental or up to no good. I bet you can't buy a trench coat in Miami. Nothing like putting on a long cat coat in 100 degree weather with 100 percent humidity.

It's The BMNMM the Black Miami Ninga Mahi Mahi's. A Haitian culinary terrorist group promoting the use of more Black Pepper. They are pissed at people that use white or red pepper.... Most of these people down there are always trying to prove that their half of Brain is smarter than the other half brains living there. What else can you expect and who friggin cares anyway.

I think it's funny as hell. I think we all need to carry a gun. Then we can kill each other and get our rocks off. BANG BANG BANG down you go. That will teach you. Meet your maker.

There is nothing that surprises me anymore. We have too many people, too many laws, and too many guns going around; and not enough jobs and moneu for people to make it on anymore. America is truly in her darkest days and they're getting worse each passing day.

As a native of miami,I can assure everyone, those people went to a party to party, not to get shot. Being in critical condition after being shot for something you got nothing to do with has got to suck for anybody, regardless of morals, race, drugs, ect.. When I read all the judgement above, from a story with no facts, it shows the true heart of america, small, cold, and disgusting.

Just a little fireworks display gone wrong. What else would expect from the murder capital of the USA. We don't need any terrorists to ruin our country. There are over 100 murders a day in the US Most believe it or not are from domestic problems. Drug murders are next.

Chalk another one up to the failed war on drugs. Anyone remember the bootleggers and Al Capone during prohibition? Same thing. Drugs don't kill, (unless abused and taken in huge doses in which case even tylenol is deadly) drug prohibition does. Hundreds of times more people die every year from violence associated with the illegality of the drugs than die from the drugs themselves. Our prisons are filled with non-violent drug offenders. We have spent TRILLIONS of dollars on a failed war that has done nothing but alienate a large portion of the population and killed hundreds of thousands. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO ERADICATE DRUGS. The only hope is education and treatment, criminalizing non-violent substance abusers does nothing to benefit society. Prohibition is a disasterous policy. Research Portugal and open your eyes people. Want to end the recession? Here is a good place to start.

Florida nightclub violence is no joke.

There's a city down there, much like Miami, called "Vice City."

Well, let me tell you, I've been at a club in Vice City where a guy came in attacking everyone in sight with grenades, a flame thrower, a mini-gun, and even a chainsaw.
It was f*cking insane.
In fact, the whole city is full of violence.
Jeezus, I've seen people pulled out of their cars in broad daylight and beaten with a golf club for no reason.

And the police are useless as well as reckless.
Very often if a criminal just "lays low" or runs into his safe house...the police will stop looking for him...even if he's been on an hour long, tank-driving, murder, killing spree.

It's nuts...trust me.

Stay the hell out of Vice City.
