I am from Louisiana and I can honestly say that my state has the most government dependent people in America. Too many people from Louisiana want the Taxpayers to pay their welfare, housing, transportation and utility bills. It has been over 4 years and some still expect the taxpayers to carry them until they die. There should be a limit on how long and how much the taxpayer is expected to carry these people, like 3 years maximum. Old folks I do not think there should be a limit as long as they are legal Americans. They need to get off their lazy butts and work!

I have hurricane warnings where I am right now. The projected path is supposed to miss us...I pray they are right. I live right on the water and will be screwed if it hits where I live...even if it is 'only' a category 1.

Is it really? I never heard of that! Frustrated by being still single and not finding your Mr. Right? I know a hot and interesting place for wealthy people and their admirers named Billionairepal.com where I have met my boyfriend. You may take a look.

If it rains five drops in the Gulf of Mexico, oil will rise $20 a barrel in price. It's too bad we aren't allowed to drill other places, maybe then we wouldn't be held by the nuts by the oil companies drilling in the Gulf.

Any natural event should make us all thankful it wasn't us, and spare a thought for those who are sadly involved.

The cost of oil will rise if GW Bush farts and forgets to light it. To much natural gas on the market, must raise price of oil to offset this glut.

This late storm is due to too much of Al Gore's hot air going into the atmosphere.

NEW ORLEANS HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN RENAMED
NEW GORELEANS

IN HONOR OF THE WORLD'S RICHEST SNAKE OIL DOOMSDAY SALESMAN.

NOW THAT A REPUBLICAN IS GOVERNOR OF LOUISIANA, THE STATE IS PROPERLY PREPARED TO FACE THE STORM.

WHEN DEMOCRATS WERE THE GOVERNOR AND MAYOR, THEY LET THEIR POOR WELFARE SLAVES UNPROTECTED AND LIKE SHEEP FOR THE SLAUGHTER.

KATRINA WAS THE PERFECT WAY FOR DEMOCRATS TO CONTROL POPULATION... SO THEY USED IT TO THIN THE WELFARE HERD, BECAUSE EVERY GENERATION OR 2, THE BEGGARS BECOME TOO MANY.

IN A SOCIALIST PONZI SCHEME GOVERNMENT WHICH DEMOCRATS DESIRE, EVERY SO OFTEN THERE MUST BE A POPULATION "CORRECTION" IN ORDER TO KEEP THE WELFARE PYRAMID FROM COLLAPSING.

DEMOCRATS ARE PURE EVIL

Well since Bobby Jindal the governor of Louisiana is such a big Free Marketeer if he runs into trouble with this storm lets see who he phones first. His good buddies in the Private Sector or Washington DC. Tough guess huh!

ROBERT- YOU LOVE REPUBLICANS BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY SAVE AMERICANS FROM TROPICAL STORMS... WHILE OBAMA ONLY TOUCHES DOWN IN NEW GORELEANS FOR A 4 HOUR PHOTO SHOOT.

JUST ADMIT IT.

REMEMBER WHEN THE FLOODS IN MONTANA HIT EARLIER THIS YEAR, AND ALL THE SMART REPUBLICANS THERE SURVIVED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RELY ON DEMOCRATS TO SAVE THEM WITH SCHOOL BUSES.

LEARN FOOL... LEARN !!!

Those clowns in Lousiana are just low-life parasites who want to "git mah guvmint munny" any way they can. The 5000 or so people who are still in FEMA trailers from Katrina; I'm in Lousiana (for work not to live in this walk-in urinal) and I actually, honest-to-God saw a set of deer antlers over the door of a FEMA trailer.

You might also remember an interview 2-3 years ago with Mary Landrieu when she was asking for MORE money for "all de po folks in Lousianna". Someone asked her what they did with the BILLIONS of dollars they'd already recieved she said "well ah hate to tell you but dat munny gone" or words to that effect.

If Nagin wants wants NOLA to be "chocolate city" then maybe the chocolate people can get jobs and support themselves rather that using my tax dollars while "dey sits on dey azz and moke dat crack". By the way, IMHO the black people in LA are the best of the lot, the whites are way worse!

How is this George Bushe's fault again?

Do you think the good people of new orleans will use this opportunity to get some good looting in, maybe rape some young teenage girls, or get some target practice in when the helicopters come to rescue them?

Houston was recently hit by a big hurricane and none of those things happened...no one said "George Bush don care bout no black peepa". They got off their butts and went to work putting their lives back together like normal people do; you can go to Galveston right now and see that things are almost back to normal but new orleans is still a blighted place. AND THE WHINING BY THE RESIDENTS IS DEAFINING!!!!!!
