We know that Sonia Sotomayor is a racist, a bigot and a sexist who thinks that her ability to make decisions is superior to white males. We know she thinks that ethnicity or race should override merit in civil service proomotions. Her appointment to the Supreme Court is assured by the Democrats, is insane, and will prove to be a disaster.

However the hearings will serve as a good diversion while Congress rams thorugh an amnesty for illegal aliens, an act even more insane than appointing Sotomayor to the SC, considering that there are millions unemployed and our economy cannot afford the social services the aliens will demand.

This venture by the Democratic government is another that should say to all who can read that their main agenda is to stifle any dissenters in this country. What would you think of a town who wrote ordinances and laws and then voted on them without reading them because the Mayor said he needed them passed immediately or the town would go bankrupt? Most criminals would love it as the townfolks would under the feet of the Mayor and the police force. I think as a supreme court judge that you should not let your personal feelings interfere with what the laws of the United States have been upheld. No one should be discriminated against whether black or white or any other race.If someone has succesfully completed there training and are deserving of a promotion then they should receive what they have worked so hard to achieve.Not to be told that because some minorities have not completed there training so you have to wait until we have a magic number of minorities must be met to reach our quota.
That does not seem fair in this day in age when all barriers should be broken.Sota mayor seems to not recognize that there are laws against reverse discrimination.
