Vatican lauds good/evil theme in Harry Potter film (AP)

AP - The Vatican lauded the latest Harry Potter film on Monday, saying "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" made the age-old debate over good vs. evil crystal clear. » Full Story on Yahoo! News

The fact that the Vatican would even comment on a fictional movie speaks volumes as to where this organization is headed. First they molest little boys and now they give commentary on fictional works. What's next, selling tickets to Heaven? Oh wait, they already do that.

To think I remember my mother felt it necessary to explain the concept of fiction when I'd been reading for nearly a decade when these books came out just because a bunch of psycho christian parents thought it was corrupting children! Take that, crazy overly protective parents everywhere! The Pope said it displayed classic morals he agrees with! You don't have a leg to stand on any more! Perhaps we can set the Pope up reviewing all sorts of popular children's media and see what gets ok'd and what doesn't!

Of course the Vatican appreciates this. Keep the people caught up in fiction and witchcraft and away from the Bible and you can control them better. Beware the Ides of March!!

Rev. Gerhard Maria Wagner is at least one priest that is awake in the Church. He needs to raise the banner high and lead the true followers out of the confusion that exists in the Church. But, the confusion is normal when it doesn't really cost you or anyone else anything for your sins. Go do a couple Hail Mary's and an Our Father and you're on your way to the kingdom.

If the catholic church believes witchcraft to be evil, they should stand against it regardless of how others may feel about it. I've heard someone says that, "Evil" no matter how innocent and good they may look like, they're still evil.
