Billy Mays remains a TV pitchman, even in death (AP)

AP - Death won't still the voice of Billy Mays or his mighty powers of persuasion. Viewers will continue to find the boisterous, bearded TV pitchman hawking household products for the indefinite future. And at least one of his commercials is being introduced posthumously. » Full Story on Yahoo! News

Long live Billy!

Billy, you will be missed my friend. I feel that you always have introduced the greatest products. I have used some of the products you pitched, like Orange Glo, and Oxi Clean and will use this for ever. I enjoyed watching your show Pitchmen lot of laughs.Rest in peace Billy

He was and always will be a loud mouthed, over compensated blowhard in my book. Because the jackass died. He get's sympathy? If anyone was a fan, you truly need to evaluate your life skills. Good riddance!

He can't hold a candle to Michael Jackson for posthumous promotion.
Woof.

Why don't they get some computer whiz to put Billy into COFFIN ads, gravestone pitches, and Oregon's "death with dignity" program pitches? He'd be GREAT!!! Believable" as always.

he's dead, and like Jackson, they need to let him die. it's that simple and that easily understood.

I too, think this is poor taste, and among the vilest of exploitation I've seen. Not to mention the man was just plain annoying to begin with. I'm not sure what products he sold, because as soon as I heard"Hi. Billy Mays here" I switched channels!

I see, a lot of neurotic, low self esteem liberals are annoyed by Billy, because he sounded manly, something USA has lost long time ago, probably when John Wayne died. I find him more attractive than most of you snobbish, retarded, gay-wacko losers. His voice annoys you? I bet you are annoyed by little children too, and by little dogs, and by cats, and by smart people.
NEUIROTIC PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC! Faqqots

The man completed this work months ago, and in some cases years ago. He is just like any other public figure. They don’t just go away just because they passed on. It's all prerecorded on tape, and no matter what you say about him he was a class act who worked hard to get to where he was. Lazy low lives always cry about hard working people who make it like Billy did. His job was to get your attention and keep it for sixty seconds. And he did it, by selling and honest product that worked. He staked his name on every product he sold before even starting his pitch, just by telling you his name. Good bye Billy Mays R.I.P.

A boisterous, affable and knowledgeable pitchman...He was an exemplar of what a good seller/hawker should encompass and I've yet to fully process the abruptness of his untimely passing even after a week. May his soul rest in eternal sales bliss!

Billys family probably get residual payments for allowing this commercial to be played, I hope so anyway. It's only right.

I think it is in poor taste to say the least to use a man who has passed away to sell products for companies so they can make money using a deceased spokesman...Billy should be retired now...He should rest in peace..I saw an ad with Billy in it a few days ago...and it gave me the creeps....as well as made me feel how used he was being even though he had passed away. Is there no decency left in this world?..Is the almighty dollar worth more than the respect and dignity of a man who has passed away.?..Sad ...very ...Sad.....

Billy Mayes was one of a kind. No one could do what he did as good as he did it! The fact that almost everyone in the country knows his name is a testement to how good his did his job. Pitchmen was a great insite into how he did his job. Billy is the best!

who cares? people who say they are missing him, didn't care when he was alive.they were probably the first ones to change the channel when his dumb infos came on.
he was just a car salesmen selling cheap products to make a living.
why don't you fakes start admiring and writing things about Vince Offer before he dies?

To me, Billy's voice was like fingernails on a blackboard.
But, it is still sad that he passed at such a young age, he always seemed so healthy, and full of vim and vinegar.
I'm sure he'll have The Good Lord buying a case of Oxiclean.
RIP Billy Mays.

Why shouldn't they show Billy on TV? Yeah, the guy is dead, but how many movies, do they show, with actors who have been long dead, like Jimmy Stewart, Grace Kelly, and others.

Sorry Billy passed away at such a young age. If you didn't like his voice, there is a mute button on your remote. Use it.

The media is loving this because now there may be more viewers for his infos. They got to make as much money as they can from him. He would have wanted it that way.
