She deserved her fate.

That is so sad. My condolences to the girl's family, and the worst of Karma to whoever did it. I have a little sister, and it pains me to even think of her not living her life and not letting me go if I was the victim..

Whoever did this didn't just ruin one girls life, they ruined several lives as well. Parents never saw their daughter again, there was no resolve for her family.. The younger sister couldn't live her life to the fullest because she wanted to know what happened to her older sister.

All because of some lunatic, and yet we have thousands in jails just living it up and having food and shelter provided for them with our tax dollars..

It's horrible what people are saying about this murdered woman. No one should go through that.
I'm sure we all thought we knew it all when we teenagers. So leave her "fate" alone.

You are all horible, to talk about someone like that. This was a real person, she was someones sister and daughter. No one deserves to die like that. I think it is amazing that after all of these years this case was solved. I am happy for her family so that they know where she is and can have some kind of closure.

A sad story but one that may allow family to move on. sad though that some survivors are so judgemental and are saying some very sorry things. May her soul rest in eternal peace

I think that, since she worked as a live-in nanny, the man of that house had sexual relations with her and he killed her when she threatened to tell that she was pregnant. There have been a lot of cases like that.

At least the family has received some closure.

It is nice that a lot of these cold cases are being solved. A little disturbing that they keep ending up adding to the totals of imprisoned/dead serial killers, but good that people like this are getting their names back after so many years.

Do you guys say things about your mother with that mouth.If you have no respect for the dead than I guess the living don't stand a chance. If you can't say or be respectful than you just need to shut up. What you disrespect today may come upon you tomorrow.

Closure means a lot, especially when it comes to emotional healing. I am sure there are still family members that needed this.

I think its great that they were able to find closure but sad that a young woman's life was ended.

I pray for the family for God's comfort BUT most of all I pray for all the sick vile people that rejoice in this woman's demise. You should pick up the Bible God has a lot to say about people who are violent and evil wishers. God hates an evil heart so tread lightly.

Finally some closure for the family. Now to find out who did it.

I REMEMBER GOING TO COUNTRY SCHOOL IN SOUTHERN MISSOURI IN THE 1950!S !!
My dad would always pack my overalls full of corn cobs since they never had toilet paper in outside toilets back then.

I am violent I cannot lie, and I am no better, but I agree people do say the stupidest of things. Sit in that girls place, she may have been careless to get there its easy done when one is young. Adults manipulate to get what they want all the time. We live we die however show some respect for others that this young womans life has touched.
