They need to experience pilot instead of those straight out of school. This is what happend when pilot salary is cut and hired less experience one to reduce the cost.
The pilot and the co-pilot are americans, Man you do not know nothing about aviation, you just cannot come out of school and fly a MD-11, it takes more flying time to fly gross weight on a cargo aircraft than a passenger, Fed requires atleast 3500 hrs to fly DC-10/MD-11. I am flight simulator Tech for the MD-11. Do your home work next time
