Feinstein praising Sotomayer should be enough for any reasonable person in the Senate not to vote for that Sexist, Racist nominee. And I also feel that it is time for the taxpayers of this country to have on the mid term ballot of 2010 a referendum to shut down the IRS and let each State institute a flat tax on it's citizens.
That would allow each State to give to Washington only what it feels is fair in support of the military and Federal Officials. And those trillions of fake dollars we have been spending would fall on deaf ears when Washington would try to collect from it's States. Then and only then would they realize that they work for us and not the other way around!

I don't care how many touching moments the liberal press wants to spin on this racist bigot activist judge... when it comes to what she's Constitutionally obligated and mandated to do, none of that matters. She is not about the rule of law, but about 'empathy' activism, and about perceived 'social injustices'. Her track record demonstrates that the law means nothing, and that her word... her opinion... is the final word on how things should be, regardless of how many times (oh-so-often) her renderings of that opinion are overturned. She is the last person the Constitution framers had in mind for this position.
