The point I want to bring into focus is the responsibility of Germany to train the police. According to the article they didn't sent enough people to do the job. If they didn't fulfill their responsibility why are we making up their short commings. Where the hell is the defacto United Nations through all this bulls_it. The good old U.S. as usual being the savior to the world.

So far, looks like Obama's got his finger on the pulse. Maybe he can talk to the Afghans about hope and change and they will worship him just like the Americans.

Disband the ANPolice for the time being. Expand the ANArmy and give it the ANP's garrison and policing function. Once conditions have stabilized, reconstitute the ANP by hiring and training ANA vets for police work.

Because Obama is pumping up the market with bail-out and budget TAX DOLLARS. Yep, your hard earned TAX DOLLARS to juice up Wall Street, just like Barry Bonds on STEROIDS! Stealing from the working class to help the rich get richer.

I know a couple of muslim families who have lived in the US for 20 years and are citizens. They refuse to go back to Afghanistan because they say the people don't want the help of the US (I was shocked at that). They don't understand why the US is even allowing their men to be killed in a land that doesn't want change. They even moved to Pakistan because life was so unbearable (when Russia invaded). They are proud to be American citizens and are willing to die for this country. Ironically though, they refuse to die for America on their home soil - that's how bad it is there. BRING OUR TROOPS HOME NOW!!
Now that Obama has gotten this country deeper into a war in Afghanistan, maybe he should stop there to talk about democracy instead of Africa. If these people are speaking the truth, then we should make damn sure the Afghan police do not continue these horrific acts. Getting rid of the Taliban is one thing but accepting the Afghan police to conduct themselves in this way is depictable and inhumane. Got It Obama, Biden & Clinton???!!!!

It's time to cut and run. We can defeat armies but not a people. The only solution is the total solution to occupy an unwilling nation's land. And yes ther would be those who would advocate dropping a nuke or two on Afghanistan just so that we don't have to cut and run yet again.

I don't know the solution for Afghanistan, but the US should get everything out of Europe immediately: hospitals, airbases, etc.
