I thought in the good old USA a person was innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of doubt.
How can they charge this woman with murder and there is no evidence or no body.
I can understand how she can be a suspect and it's a possibility she did kill the lil girl.
i also do know that someone can be convicted of a crime comitted through forensic science even with out a body...and by the words from the suspect itself, the mother lied and theres a report about the inconsistent statement she's giving to the authority.....
Have the police located and talked to the baby sitter that Mom said she left her daughter with. Actions speak louder than words, and whoever took this little girl and inflict harm on her should deal with the consequences. My heart goes out to the grand parents, and my prayers and faith are with the search and return of Kaylee.

Does Florida have the death penalty? If they do, she should get it. I cried watching the special they did on national tv about it. My warmest thoughts go to that innocent little girl.

Casey has not been convicted of anything yet. They can charge her because there is probable cause. Many have been convicted of murder without the body being found. It's called circumstantial evidence and can be very compelling. Much more so than eye witness evidence really.
By your standard anyone can get away scot free if they just hide or destroe body well enough.
No one but the murderer knows where Caylee's body is. It will be up to a jury to decide if that person is Casey. But certainly there is enough evidence to charge her...She's actually been her own worse enemy.
The grandparents are just as guilty if this child is dead. why did they not go for custody, too busy with their own personal lives. The dad isa former cop he has influence, they could have easily gotten custody. Their daughter appears to
be spoiled, immature, does she have an education. I have wondered, partying every night, who supported them??

It is obvious that the mother is a freaking psyco! If my child was missing there is no way in HELL I would wait a month to tell anyone...Pretty suspicious. The evidence is there the death penality is neccessary.
