The CIA deals in Top Secret Affairs. Telling Congress what they are up too is like blasting an update on CNN about the latest espionage and spy's we have. What a joke! Leave the CIA alone as they've probably saved more American lives over the past 20 years and helped out American interests more than anyone could even guess.

That is why we have three branches of government. It's called checks and balances. Beyond that, remember that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Cutting corners across the United States constitution does NOT make Mr. Cheney a patriot.
