GM purchased local electric trains and trashed them to sell buses, LA was not the only victim.
Not to mention their friends and investor, Standard oil selling oil to Hitler.
GM killed the electric car, suppressed electric car technology, and crushed 150,000 EV1's that millions would have purchased, saying they would not sell!
