How is it that everyone seems to understand this with the exception of Geigthner and Bernanke and of course President Obama.

All this so-called stimulus spending by Obama has damaged the economy. Confidence is in the dumps to to the potential inflationary impact of all the big spending as of late. Everybody is hunkering down and getting ready for a devalued dollar thanks to Obamas big spending no value policies.

Bush and Cheney had 8 years to fix economy and did nothing. Said economy was fine for 7 years. When economy failed Bush started billion dollar bailouts. No one complained about rapid rise in home values. Lots of people made lots of money. This all happened when Bush was president. If he was unaware of all the bad mortgages being written he is a fool. Maybe instead of starting his stupid war he should have spent his time working on economy. The economy was DOA when Obama took over.

Oh man, here we go! It's all Bush's fault! Can't you idiot libs understand that Obama ran for President? He wanted the job, right? And ACORN made sure he got it, right? So now he's the President, and he said the buck stops with him. So stop the juvenile whining about the "last 8 years" and MAN UP and own the problem!

We were ruled by two republican fools for 8 years. I don't think Obama's a fool but to make you happy now its time for 2 democratic fools to rule for 8 years. Time will tell if Obama is a fool.It is impossible to screw things up worse than Bush CHENEY did.

Bush, Cheny, Slobama, Clinton - they are all responsible for this economic implosion. Democrats and Republicans are the problem because they owe favors to big money lobbyists. Please elect a common man the next time around, who will be beholden to nobody. Then all the right things will be done.
Meanwhile, these Tea Party's aren't accomplishing anything. They are more like polls to guage the tempo of discontent by the general public. What we need to to throw all these bums out of office and restructure the government, even if it means placing the military in charge until true leaders can be chosen.

Duhh. At least they figured it out our politicos in the US don't have a clue. In any election reporters should ask what is the price of a gallon of gas or what is the price of a gallon of milk. If no answer within 5 sec you should be dumped from the ballot. The people in Washington are so insulated from reality it is scary.

rick kamin Exactly right but when they post all these stupid comments I answer them. I did not vote for Obama but I still have a little hope he is new enough not to be under thumb of lobbyist ect. Have to wait and see.
