Sotomayor Pledges 'Fidelity to the Law'

Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor said yesterday that a simple "fidelity to the law" is at the heart of her judicial philosophy, as her confirmation hearings began with Senate Republicans delivering a surprisingly strong critique of her fairness and President Obama's reliance on ephemeral... » Full Story on Washington Post

fidelity to ACTIVISM, the Democrats up for re-election better contemplate a Filibuster because a yes will be a GOP attack ad lumping them with an "Activist" Judge that is outcome based and NOT LITERAL US Constitution based. Ask yourself why Liberals cover up and don't man up to be proud of SotoMayor's positions 1) Anti-Death Penalty 2) Anti-Gun 3) Affirmative Discrimination 4) La Raza RACIST 5) Pro- Abortion 6) Eminent Domain taking Personal Property 7) Incompetent 8) International Law Trumps the U.S.A. Constitution 9) Promises Judicial Policy aka judicial activism 10) Pro Teachers Union 11) NO on English Language Amendment 12) OK for Teaching in Spanish 13) NO School Vouchers; all typical SotoMayor the embodiment of the Liberal Socialist Democrat an extremist elitist Sexist Racist agenda.

She is a moron, who side-steps questions. Get to the point woman, everyone is already critiquing your every statement, and most of us know the answers already, so for once in your pathetic political career, be honest.

like any good politican or attorney she saying what is needed to get confirmed , plain and simple !!!!!
what she does after that it's anyones guess !
I do believe we are ready to see the finish of the dismantling of this country , our freedoms lost etc. they dont believe we are able to think for our selves and will cave in once the final dismantling is done !
I keep saying this NEW WORLD ORDER IS UPON US SOON !
youall just wait and see ! she needs to be in place as well as a few others , then we will be a third world country , this country is bascially bankrupt (if weren't for the fed reserve ) ! and were dependent on china and japan .

She is going to say anything that will get her in the door. Then we are all screwed as long as she hangs around. Her last decision, firefighter testing , was overturned. She is not qualified. She is a racist. Send her down the road NOW,SOON,Today. Dont even think about corrupting the court with her.

“This woman is a sorry excuse for a judge! She's a bigot! Hispanic or not, she shouldn't even have been considered based on her attitude. ” And... she's a liar!

She will NOT be fair!

She's an activist judge for following established precedent in previous cases involving Ricci. If she had followed some other legal path you'd cry she didn't follow precedent.. It's actually the SCOTUS that has been reversing legal prededents that have been esb. over the past 50 yrs. Its easy to take a statement and twist it but that doesn't change the original statement..

Regardless
of what the Repubs try she'll be appointed.. Even that racist Sessions won't be able to stop it..

this "minority" label is getting stale...sure afros and chicanos might be the minority in north dakota or montana...but go visit florida, texas, new york, new jersey, california, arizona, new mexico, colorado, mississippi, alabama...and you'll see who the "minority" is...

We are watching the Coverage of this comfirmation, and listen to each Cable Station, we never seen so much Bias, the Focus on being Racist against White Men, it's funny Sen. Session, Like calling the kettle Black, we guess he forgot in his Alabma Court Room, what he told a Black Lawyer, Sen. Session Words: Boy do you know who you are talking to, It seem these Republicans have very Short Memories, any way With these Racist Republicans it's not about Judge Sotomayor it's About President Obama, he won a case against one of them in 2005. Have anyone Notice They talk about him more then they do about the Judge, People are not Stupid, Session made it clear that he wasn't going to Vote for her because of President Obama. The News Media Don't tell the Truth, they only tell people what they want to hear. There is no more NEWS, this is why it pay you to see for yourself, because they Suppress and Cover up. Do your own Research.

Sen. Session, Glassly and a Few others should not be on this Panel, First Sen. Session is using the Words of Racist and throwing it around real freely, because he himself is a Racist, in his Court Room did he forget calling a Black Lawyer Boy and do Session remember saying to him do you know who you are talking to, and do you Remember supporting the KKK and this is why you didn't get the job, you are trying had not to Confirming, Sen. Glassly is in the same situation and a few others. The Glassly are the same as Session, Support the KKK. Some of these Republicans are angry because the President Won Cases over them when he was in the Senate and they are taking it out on Judge Sonia. These Old Boys are from the Yes Sir days and you don't talk back to a White Man or Woman, and this bother them, and forgot these is the 20 Century, not 1943 or the 70th.

"SODA CRACKER" just promised she is not racially prejudiced; it has only been a few weeks since we all got to see how she will judge in cases that shopuld have nothing to do with racism. She took what should be an open and closed case and turned it into a racially motivated decision. Of course she was overturned, and she has been overturned many times, why; because she is highly racially motivated.
