Mr. Holder, If 9/11 happenened on your watch what tactics would you resort to? With the way these teerrorist obey the geneva convention !!! Answer this ? truthfully within yourself, then tell america what you think. Until then I would suggest for you to shut your pie hole. Your actions of past have some to wonder how ethical and or constitutional they were?

Holder is a complete fool. If there is a probe., Obama is behind it to further damage the Republican party without thought having been given to the circumstances behind the 9/11 Muslim attack and the events since. There was no torture rendered. These enemy combatants were examined by a doctor before interrogation, monitored during it and examined afterwards. No one was injured in any sense. They probably were scared to death or made to feel uncomfortable or even tired but this is not torture. This method of interrogation has been followed for hundreds of years and is as humane as possible in consideration of the circumstances and now these crazed fools wants every enemy prisoner Mirandized as if it were a minor offense and as if they were arrested on American soil. This slime is not even part of a military force of a sovereign nation. I've come to deplore everything about the Demoicratic party and recognizing every day what utter degenerates they are and their complete idiocy

This is Obama's way to keep the issue alive but keep himself free of it for appearance's sake. Holder is acting on orders. Obama should remember that some day there can be an investigation of the Obama-era abuses of power. Obama is keeping the fire lit on this issue because he wants a distraction out here to keep us bickering over this while his real takeover agenda pushes forward on banking, healthcare, unions, transportation, free press, education, private property and ownership, etc.

Probe away, if Dick and W did illegal stuff, then they should pay. If not, then the probe will show that too. If Dick and W are clean, then you repubs have nothing to worry about. And stop crying foul. What goes around comes around. These two grossly overstated the situation in Iraq prior to our "pre-emptive" strike and sold out members of their own party and team to get us there. Probe away.

As a right wing extremist (conservative, god believing, gun owner) I think Holder should leave it alone. His time could be better spent by looking for the real enemies of this country. Ideology does NOT trump national security! Play with your family's safety, not mine!

Torture Bush and Cheney to find out what they know.

While I'm against torture in general, I sure wish we had tortured Bin Laden and all of his cronies prior to 9/11/2001. If we ever catch Bin Laden we should give him a free plane ride halfway across the ocean of his choice. At the halfway mark I'd enjoy pushing him out of the plane to see if he can survive the 5 mile drop to the ocean and the swim back to dry land. If he can survive that then he's obviously correct in his hate of the U.S.
