I can't believe this case even made it to the Supreme Court! A proven mass murdering pr!ck like this can't even be convicted in a normal court of law and receive what should be a mandatory sentence for crime such as this?

Quit wasting time and money on no-brainers like this. We need to incorporate China's methodology for cases like this one.

His lawyer says we shouldn't execute him on the grounds that he is a "retarded man suffering from Gulf War Syndrome".

Yeah? Well if he was "retarded", why the hell did he serve in the armed forces? Answer: because the only person "retarded" here is his crooked lawyer and that sorry defense.

Execute him already...and take his lawyer with him.

Fellow Yahoos,

We invested our time though the process of Law, and John Allen Muhammad has exhausted all appeals. He was found guilty, by the body of evidence, so there is no doubt. This guilty man must serve his sentence: death by lethal injection. I have no sympathy, for him.

It be it,
Ronin Kannushi.

That little POS Malvo who did most of the shooting should be strapped to a gurney right alongside him!

That guy killed my friend in Alabama at a State's Store where she worked! The news never talk about "Claudine" in Montgy. He shoulda been killed! I think that lethal injection is too easy for him. He needs to FRY until they run out of juice!!

This might be a stupid question, but I was wondering why, after he was convicted in Virginia, they even had a trial in MD and DC? I know he committed crimes there as well, but isn't it redundant, after someone has been convicted of a capital murder and sentenced to death, to be tried again? It won't change the fact that he will be put on death row either way. I think it just allows for more appeals to draw out the sentence and cost the taxpayers more money...

For those who believe in the death penalty, this is how the process works. Screaming in rage, wishing for barbaric punishments, rushing the process, public torture and execution... these are some of the things your country was founded to avoid. I'm indifferent on the death penalty for the most part, but I don't think it works as much of a deterrent and most studies support that. But folks, it's the process, slow and painful as it is that makes ours a just country. The LAW is what you should appreciate, even as it works its way slowly to this execution. When YOU are being prosecuted, you'll be glad someone makes it a fairer process.

maybe someone can sneak a camera in the death viewing camber and get this execution on video, it would be one show I would like to see as this would open the publics eyes and get a little justice back in the streets. Death for those cowards who have taken a innocent life deserve the same justice, let the people see.

This seems to be a recurring scene with liberals. Celebrate the killing of the innocent. And condemn those that punish the guilty.
