Look if there is no sign of forced entry then there will be other evidence of a third party. You can't assert a third party. OJ used the same reasoning when he said that he would start looking for the killer!

I think McNair was going to leave her because she was a drunk and he didn't love her and she flipped out. The whole thing is tragic; but if he was cheating on his wife then he should have expected consequences.

Police have ruled McNair's death a homicide. Gee, ya think?? He was shot 4 times. And murder/suicide? With no evidence to support that, such as a note, or indications of problems in their relationship, nothing in her background to suggest violent behavior... Well, good job Police. Case closed.

The third person was her low-life D&B working, ho of a sister. She knew the man was married, but she also knew he had money. She figured he was her ticket out of D&B and that she'd live large on his money...and I'm sure he threw some money toward her. She was an ugly person who killed him and then herself. He was shot multiple times, she just once. That right there indicates that she shot him out of anger (hence the multiple gunshots) then offed herself. She wanted a free ride and all she got was a new car and temporary status. Really, you think he was gonna leave his wife and 4 kids? The alimony and child support would have driven him to the poor house, that's why he was creeping, and creeping with that crazy rat got him killed. She broke up with her boyfriend only five months ago. He's probably the #1 suspect. Also, religiously, she is not allowed to date outside of her race. Someone in her family could have done this because it is their belief that shame is brought upon the family if a relationship such as this is carried out.

I want to address some apparent confusion. McNair's death being ruled a homicide, doesn't mean a third party did this and not the Muslim girl. Homicide means he was murdered. That means the woman who committed suicide murdered him, and that it was not, duh, an outside job or someone else. The Muslim girl's death will be ruled a suicide, so in the end it will be a Homicide/Suicide; better known as a Murder/Suicide.

I just think that has got to be all time suckiest way to get caught cheating.
