Given that North Korean technology is a good 20-30 years behind America and the west, I somehow doubt they would have the capacity to pull this off. Educated folk in North Korea have a tendency to get kulled in random purges.

Get out of the past people. Hell, I still know a ridiculous amount of individuals that can't even turn a computer on. This scares me immensely, considering 1 in 3 cinese children responded 'hacker' when polled as to what they'd like to be as an adult.

North Korea could as any third world nation could hire people to hack for them. I'm saying this is so but could be.
Could be it is someone in the USA or the Uk, we may never know for sure. There are people in both countries that hate the free world or just showing off their skills that would or could do this.

The only good thing about all of this is that it shows they still have to steal their ideas from US. When people are no longer trying to steal our stuff that's when you know we have fallen from #1. As much as our school systems suck we still produce the best minds in the world. China, India, other Asian countries... they are producing lots of people who can use technology and are great at copying ideas. But I would take 1 American engineer over 10 Chinese.

Just another article by the AP that they don't know what they're talking about. Seems to me they would at least confirm their sources and stories before they go splattering it out across the news releases.
