THis woman was so heartless and malicious to purposly ruin the lives of this family. This man was a taxpayer and had a job. WHat is he taking from "Real Americans" (which by the way, his children are) Why should he and his family be punished because some vindictive small person chose to cheat him and seek revenge? Im sure many will say that he deserves this because he is illegal. With the fact that he worked hard , earned enough money to buy a house, he probably would choose to become legal as well if possible.
This woman better hope people don't treat her this bad given an opportunity.(But what goes around, comes around)

I feel that this man should get whats coming to him... The woman had all right to do what she did! And to the comment that He would probley would have chosen to become legal if He could, NEWS FLASH he's been here over 10 years and has shown no attempt to do anything legally! Ship his Ass out! The real issue is bigotry. There was never an outcry when those immigrating were white and christians. There has been true throughout US History. The intolerance towards hispanics is unbelievable. They bought a house, put it in the daughters name (this type of thing is done by many for tax purposes as well) and you have someone now seeking revenge. The man has a right to earn a living. He is on the books, paying taxes and is contributing. This woman is doing nothing. She should be deported!

Thatstatement about "Bigotry" shows the ignorance of those against this kind of "amnesty" The biggest thing they are forgetting is that those immigrants of before didnt break our laws to come here. I don't know what to say! It's true that many people hate hispanics. If the man is here for 10 years, then isn't he considered a legal resident? At least that's what my children learned in school in the 80th. Or has this law changed? By the way, what does make a citizen? Paying taxes? Being law abiding? Contributing to the community?

We need more good citizens like this lady. It's to stop these criminals from stealing the American dream. If they want to come to this country they should do it legally.

If you enter a country illegally, you can expect that as a result things will be more difficult. He knew that what he was doing was wrong. Why didn't he apply to become a citizen? He was more than happy to enjoy all the benefits of a higher standard of living, but without any of the responsibilities.

I agree. This man should be shipped back on the raft he floated in on. Illegal aliens purposely come into this country and have kids, so that they can be americans, and then we look like the bad guys when we ship them back and they say we are breaking up their family!
