Bush is not the source of evil or his retreat to Crawford would have resulted in world harmony. Instead, we have Honduras with military juntas, N. Korea blasting missiles, Putin back in cold war rhetoric, a protracted conflict in Afghanistan, insurrection in Pakistan, and a partridge in a pear tree. Power and hate are part of man's nature... hugs and smiles are not a good world strategy for addressing that reality. They are a fantastic means for distracting the minions while you oppress them with more conniving exercises to wrestle control into the hands of the few.
