Submitted: Jul 17, 2008 - Fifteen parcels of national forest land were withdrawn Thursday by the Bureau of Land Management from an Aug. 14 oil and gas lease sale. The leases are within the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests and lie above the West Elk Coal Mine leases near Paonia.
