While I think that most of Paglia's views tend to be left of my own, I did find it refreshing at least that she took to task EVERYONE--right or left wing--who acted like idiots during this past presidential campaign season. Its intellectual honesty like this that I admire and not simply towing a partisan line...no matter what your personal politics may be. For example, I find it impossible to believe Keith Olbermann when he stated on "The View" that he did NOT vote, because he thought it belied his status as a journalist. What a farce!! What belied his status as a journalist was his out and out endorsement of a political candidate and his ridiculous tirades on MSNBC.

Well done. I am also amazed at the anger voiced by liberals in their responses. Even when they win, they sound like sore losers. Recent events regarding "the selling of the senator's seat" seems to take on more relevancy after Ms Paglia's article.
