Help! I suddenly stopped going to work

this story made me want to cry, a first for me even though i'm a regular reader of this column. i love this person.

Wow! This person, with a few changes, could easily be me.
I have also worked really crappy customer service jobs and people screaming at you on the phone and feeling like my life has no meaning what-so-ever. I am a musician, writer, artist and tarot reader. These are the things I want to spend my time doing. I dropped out of the call center world last year and Cary is right- there's no turning back.
I recently took classes and plan to work in a brand new field (for me) of home care. I realize it will bring a new list of challenges- but I think I will feel as if I am making a difference. BRAVA! I'm right beside you.
