Good choice! But this wasn't decided within the last few weeks. Mrs. Clinton isn't one to step down as "easily" as she did without having something in her pocket. But then, that's politics and she is shrewd. I'm very excited to have her as Sec of State! But we beg Gov Paterson--do something right this time not the usual, give New Yorker's someone who can really take her seat and not just one of your political buddies.
pathetic, we have nobody in government interested in preserving rights or the constitution.
on a bittersweet note, I'll have plenty of fun pointing and laughing at the other party now.
people get the government they deserve, the sooner this country goes to s*** the sooner the average person will be motivated in fixing it.
The same thing that has always been in it for hillary....power and money!! But I guess you can say that about all politicians now.
I think this is why Hillary didn't put up a fuss when she was "passed over" for the vice presidential nomination. It was part of the deal; Joe Biden gets four years of obscurity and Ms Clinton gets headlines. It was either this or an appointment to the Supreme Court, which would have been for, (gasp) life!
obama has made a good and smart choice of secretary of state hillary clinton is a smart and intelligent lady she will definately perform bravo to her
Just by the few comments left here already, I can tell the ones who voted Obama in; will be extremely dissapointed when this new administration is underway. God help this country!
I was a Hillary Supporter since day one and my vote for Obama FINALLY feels justified and good!
