Neoconservatism dies in Gaza

The recent Israeli offensive has put the final nail in the coffin of the Bush administration's Middle East fantasy. » Full Story on Salon.com

Mistakes are made by all people. The Near East was, is and will always be an area steeped in violence and distrust. But a resolution will come in the return of Jesus Christ for HIS elect, and those who have followed in HIS NAME only, whether they be Jew, Christian or any other person. As Jesus states in the Gospel, "I and the Father are ONE...no one will gain access to the Father except through ME."

To Juan...you are partially correct...a theocracy is a theocracy no matter if it is Jew, Christian or Muslim. Though you meant it as sarcasm and criticism, when Christ returns He will establish His government, and that will be the true theocracy.

"The Gaza War of 2009 is a final and eloquent testimony to the complete failure of the neoconservative movement in United States foreign policy."

Two hours in and this is only the second post. THIS is exactly what is wrong with America. Half of this country, the hillbillys and christians, have blindly supported this admin's horrible foreign (and domestic) policies. In just eight years BushCo has virtually ruined this country, with their support, while they sit back watching Jerry Springer, Survivor, and FAUX news.

Now, please, shut up, sit back and let the democrats fix YOUR mess. Neocons have spent us into oblivion, and they have squandered our respect.

Please God, save us from your followers.

YES, YES, YES! The Israeli Agents and Lobbyists were very successful in taking over our government
thanks to Cheney the Impaler and his Howdy Doody puppet.

Wolfoshitz, Perle, Feith, Frum, Rummy, Cheney and their cabal have dishonored our democracy and soiled the reputation of nation around the world.

We demand our government to represent the best strategic interests of the United States of America. The Bushies represented the lobbyists of GOP Corporate America and Israel to the exclusion of the interests of average Americans. Never again!

We should keep GITMO open for them and waterboard their sorry asses every day for the rest of their sorry lives.

This policy has resulted in more bloodshed and generated enemies. The economic consequences are also there and the world now does not look up to a Superpower as it used to be.

"All the countries in the World should stand alone" with out any others influence" we are pumping billions $$ every year to Israel and they want to be a mini super power in middle east nothing wrong with it but they keep knocking the countries around them not to develop (Hamas is notan excuse to distroy a country blindly) when a a missile hit thier part of their country they cried out louder but when they hit the school with children is ok to them (have a reason for it) only the diffrent between those two one has flying power other one has missile power Civilians in the middle of their power testing

What Middle East fantasy? Bush didnt have any fantasy. We need Israel to stablize the region with our US backed military for oil pipelines and to ensure that Arabs do not control all of the oil. This is why we went into Iraq. Politics is just a front
