I spent this Christmas in Seoul, Korea, going to Korean speaking churches and services. Somehow it didn't matter that I couldn't understand a word. The spirit was there--in the message, in the minister, and in the congregations. Instead of turning out and listening for the point of the sermon, I found myself turning inward and listening to my own heart. It was an awesome experience.
