Bury the FREAK behind the garage & get on with life.
He is right now burning in hell for his actions during life. Can't change it. He burns. Done deal! No memorial.

Lets just see how many ppl come up dead in freak accidents at this service for MJ. Its known that there are all kinds of tragic things that happen at concerts, stomped to death ect. Like they think that nothing is going to happen. The family is putting the public at risk, putting this many people in the same place at one time. Its going to be a nightmare. Head line news..... once again

It is amazing to see the naivety of so many in our Country. Look up vitiligo; understand what attempts to correct this medical problem through removing melanin does to soft tissues in the face; understand the need for plastic surgeries; and then really consider what record executives and common individuals have done throughout our history for GREED. This gifted, talented, humanitarian beloved by the world was criminalized, lied on and humiliated because of greed, anger for not continuing to be exploited by record companies and plain old racism. If any of you had to live a week in Michael's life and then had to face one day of the demands of his music career you would crumble. Imagine being a failure because you only when triple platinum selling 10 million instead of 100 million records? Michael Jackson, like many others including exceptional black men, contributed to the global reputation of greatness that this country has enjoyed while having their good names destroyed!

It's not the tax payers money paying for the memorial that I'm worried about, it's the rioting and looting that will occur afterwards. Doesn't seem like you can get a peaceful crowd together in Los Angeles without some type of idiots making it into a free for all for all and trying to take what isn't theirs. But it would be a great place for ACORN to register voters, they support the same type of people.

The only thing I'll agree with the hatemongers on, as a California citizen, is that this shouldn't be paid for with tax money.

The family should charge for the tickets, and get their own private security, but I don't think the LAPD would stay away from it, because they're f**ktards.

I agree all of you people that have talked about michael couldn't do half of what he did.... He helped more people than any of you. Tell me how many of you have accually given to aide your fellow man my guess is not a one of you. So while you are all blogging about him go ahead a hate because hate is all you can do... He was the best and he will always be the best. Give the man some peace.

My such fowl language.. Steeler. Micheal was a very talented individual, also very troubled. I don't buy that he abused narcotics, because of people saying bad things about his actions.. much deeper than that. First a grown man does not sleep with children.. period !! Even if he did not do anything to them... rest my case! I seem to lean more to the fact that he was abused himself as a child!

There is enough anger, hatred and comments such as this in the world. Can't we mourn the dead without such disgraceful and inhumane treatment of each other? Michael was a very talented entertainer, the abuse he suffered from his father-is what made him the way he was until he died of a self inflicted overdose.

Remember what goes around and it will come back to you- if you didn't like him then go do some work, not sit here and blame him. If your life is perfect then by all means- disgrace yourselves with more comments such as these.

Does anyone remember the Louisiana Superdome during Katrina? Brace yourselves for another repeat! You cannot contain that many savages without gunshots, rape, robbery, etc., etc. Shame on our society that they are giving this pedophile, drug addict, circus freak so much attention. The truly worthy men and women of praise are serving in our military, no some black musical theater!

He had LUPUS. My sister has Lupus, and it's horribly painful. The painkiller "abuse" could have started with that, or the fire ... truth is, NONE of us know, and NONE of us are in a position to judge.

I don't think anyone who knows him has said the pill abuse started after the trial, they're saying it worsened after that.

Michael Jackson paid the price for that trial - he left neverland, his legacy was tarnished, it was very pricey, and it's believed to have worsened his addiction ... which seems to have led to his death. Is that not enough for you people? Let the man rest in peace, as he never could in life ... and let his friends, family, and fans mourn in peace as well.

You people are SADISTIC.

Hell, they're selling tickets to a funeral, why not stoop even lower and have sponsors? The Tostitos Michael Jackson Memorial Service. Only in America. I wonder why the rest of the world hates us? Duh.
