Understanding the situation at hand, a young father that has 8 kids. I feel overwhelmed for Jon. However, this goes to show the lack of responsibility in our culture, that he feels its OK to do this. He is still half of a couple with Kate, because of the kids, that was their choice. I think it is really messed up of the lack of accountability that Jon is showing. In this he not only looks like a fool but is totally disrespecting his 8 children and his ex wife. Why did they have 8 kids, that is crazy! Jon is a fool to break up his family, why not couples counseling to try to work it out. Passion comes and goes. Jon is a loser.

I'm glad that he's moved on with his life. As long as he remains in his childrens lives, all will work itself out. People make mistakes, but if you don't learn from them, then you tend to make the same mistakes over and over.
