Why Barack Obama represents American Catholics better than the pope does. » Full Story on Newsweek

And NOW the media is trying to put BO ABOVE the POPE !

Do any of the Liberals writing these stories have an editor who can say......"wait....we might be going a little TOO far, people aren't going to believe this MUCH BS ! "........

But yet the Kool Aid drinking masses still do !

Amazing.......

What the heck.....let's just skip the Liberal Media's next step and declare him.........

Oh great, another hillbilly redneck who thinks that he knows everything. Look sherlock, do you think god would be happy if he saw the way you treat and talk about other people? Do you think he is up in heaven thinking "man, I am so proud that he wants all muslims to die burned on a cross. Yep, your ticket to heaven is sealed.

P.S When I die, I'll make sure to wave to you to you on my way to heaven.

Did you also know he is more muslim than Mohammad? More LDS than Joseph Smith? More Hindu than the Hare Krishna? More Buddhist than Buddha? More Protestant than Martin Luther? More Jewish than Moses? More Christian than Christ? You mean you didn't? You just haven't been paying attention.

Come you weak, you tired, you disenfranchised Republicans.
wow hopefully the trend will break, but so far i have found everything posted so far sickly funny. because in a manner you are disproving the point of the article. but in the absolute worst way. and your proving my point that everyone is blind. radical republicans are blinded by their views radical democrats are blinded by there views... and your currently turning government into the drunken knife-fight between the two. Thus why in this day in age i'm no big fan of the government; because i have serious doubts that anything can happen in this circus...

President Obama has shown a good deal of pragmatism, reasonableness, common sense, etc. on this important trip abroad, but I see no reason for him be kissing the butt of this senile remnant of the Roman Empire. Instead, he ought to pay a curtesy call on Rowan Williams who is titular head of the Anglican Communion, the real "true church" for the 21st century.

Oh great, I can't wait for the new state sponsored religion to our glorious leader Hussein Obamessiah and his divine infallibility.

Hussein being a member of his DEATH TO WHITEY cult led by the good Reverend Wright, I don't honestly see much difference between him and the Hitler Youth scumbag of a pope.

All I can see is that they both seem to be heading us for the New World Order and that tells me that neither one is very christian.

Born and raised a Catholic, no one represents me but me, certainly not Obama, and often not the Pope. I am appauled by some of the comments made here. The cure for ignorance is education, however stupid is forever.

I thought I smelled a bullsh*t story going around. Obama leans toward Jews more than any other faith. The story brought to you by the Notre Dame school paper.

Obama has finally taken his spot as "god". When you see the abomination of desolation stand in the Holy Place you know the end is near.

Obama represents the Catholics better than the Pope! Because of my Biblical understanding, which falls much closer to Martin Luther's, I don't have much respect for the Pope, but when Obama, who was a member of that quasi Christian Church under Pastor Jeremiah, I don't think that Obama could represent any Christian Group anywhere!

Unfortuantly the Lutherans don't even follow Luther any more.

More bad news for Barack Obama.

The first major book to be published on his presidency has shot up to the #1 spot on The New York Times' bestseller list the very first week of its release.

Unlike the fawning media coverage the Obama White House has come to expect, this new bestseller - 'Catastrophe' - paints a deeply negative picture of Obama and his policies.

"Catastrophe: How Obama, Congress, and the Special Interests Are Transforming a Slump Into a Crash, Freedom Into Socialism, and a Disaster Into a Catastrophe . . . and How to Fight Back" is authored by Dick Morris and his co-author, wife Eileen McGann. Their book will debut on the Times list on July 12.

Well of course he is! He's the Messiah.

Why do you think people are following him so faithfully?

Personally, I'd like to give a shout out to Barcak for letting those US soldiers continue to kill members of the Taliban. It's really pissing my neighbor with the "War Is Not The Answer" bumper sticker off.

The more the Obamedia attempts to spin and propagate this MASSIVE amount of Obamarxist bullsh*t, the more spikes they are helping to drive into his political coffin, and those of his minions. Americans are already sick of the exponential Obamarxist libtard bullsh*t overload. Including many, that made the mistake of voting for Obamarxist. Keep piling on the sh*t as far as I'm concerned. Only helps us.

Obama is breeding resentment. Look back at articles in the past few days. I will start with yesterday and 535,000 AMERICANS got laid off yet Michelle had to show off some big $$$ bling....
Prior to that AP was having a story of how the Russian Media is "neglecting its duty to follow Michelle everywhere", and prior to that the article about JCREW "donating" the girls clothes.
Got me wondering how many of you can afford $100 dresses for your girls.
There was a lot of complaining by posters that Obama is taken entire Family vacation on taxpayer dime and Michelles shopping sprees while the rest of us is broke.........

no....he's a muslim...AND, religion is the prime segregating force in our world , right now (always)...you'd think a bright guy like obama would recognize that and play down the religious elements of his own life...set the example...spiritual is great....religious is dangerous....spiritualists, i've met , are relaxed, open, decent people with morals and human generosity...religious people, i've met, are tense, closed off, angry people, who transgress regularly (because most religions have a forgiveness clause...it's a luxury), greedy people...i'd say religion is not such a good thing for our species...it always seems to be wobbling around on the brink of fanaticism.

I just love to see all of these Republicans freak out when the religion they have been clinging to is proven (time and time again) to be more about bigotry than anything else. You consistently press your hatred throught this Christian agenda. Obama has revealed what being a good christian is all about: Love, acceptance, helping your fellow man, and trying to be good to all people, not just the ones with penises.

As a life long Catholic I am disgusted by this article and alot of the comments here. If you don't know anything about a religion you should not comment...As for Barry being more Catholic than the Pope...the poll cited is flawed in that for one it does not say if these were practicing or not....True Catholics do not accept gay behavior nor do they accept abortion.....hate the sin love the sinner. Catholics were duped just like the rest of you into believing Barry's BS but see what happens in 2010. I hope the Pope tells him how evil he is.....maybe an excorcism is in order.....

the things that have been done throughout history, in the name of religion...the attrocities...
i myself believe in a beneficient entity that is with us, beneath the surface of our lives...guiding, aiding when necessary...if you embrace it...
i do not believe that it is my, or anyone's, duty to convince you to believe what i believe....or that if you do not believe as i do that you are in any way less than i am.
in cases of non-belief, i think you miss things....signs....opportunities...etc...but no, the sky will not fall upon you, nor will you burn alive in a fire-pit for all eternity...lol...that's a little insane and a lot nasty, if you ask me.

i DO like that 'forgiveness clause' the catholics have written into their dogma...you can essentially start with a clean slate every week or so...go out and transgress until you puke, then whine to the heavens in a confessional booth for a few minutes weekly...and poofo/whammo/alakazam!....sin free...lol...now that's a great option...ALTHOUGH IT COMPLETELY NEGATES THE NEED FOR RESPONSIBILITY AND DECENCY.
perfect religion for a politician though.
