AG Holder will time this perfectly. While Republicans are trying to campaign for 2010 offices, these hearings will dominate the news cycle.

All I can say is there is a lot more pertinent happenings from the past year that need investigating.
If Holder can not figure out what to do he needs to ask 1 or 2 people that have lost a family member in the last 8 years to a terror "suspect".

The only thing we need to watch for before the next election is the intimidation of voters and we need some way to verify that dead people aren't voting.
Every time they come out with a negative story on this administration, they come out and beat another old story to death.
