Huckabee: Palin May Not Be Able To Handle Pressure Of Presidential Run

WASHINGTON — One of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's potential presidential rivals said Sunday that her abrupt resignation won't help her dodge scrutiny. President George W. Bush's chief political adviser said her strategy is, at best, unclear.

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said Palin's announcement that she would not seek a second term -- and leave office before finishing her first -- simply… » Full Story on Huffington Post

Sarah Palin...perpetual whining victim

Look: it's Palin and she's crazy, so anything is possible.

....

If she can't handle a few Alaskan bloggers and Steve Schmidt emails, how is she going to handle Khamenei and al Qaeda? Maybe her base is so ga-ga they don't care. But again the whole diva quitting-fit is totally at odds with the core image that turns them on - of a tough-girl, Thatcher-style, play-with-the-big-boys Alaskan Evita. You can't do that and then throw a sixteen-year-old fit and slam your bedroom door when the press gets too tough.

Conservatives taken aback by Palin's decision to resign

Astounding.. Risky. Quitter. And that's what fellow conservatives had to say Sunday about Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and her decision to step down with 18 months left in her term.

Shocking I tell ya
Just shocking

Well wait until Alaskans find out what the stimulus money that Palin didn't want is going to cost them. I'd step down too and let the idiots in the legislature handle the wrath of the people too. And it's coming a lot faster than anybody thought it would. People are just finding out what perks they've had are going to be lost because of that money.
I guess you just can't talk to some people...they need to learn by experience. Too bad this is going to be so costly to the taxpayers.

Uh, Rain, all of those so-called complaints that you cite were THROWN OUT!

You
should also know the Palin's attorney has already served the Huffington Post with notice for printing lies, as well as MSNBC, The New York Times, and the Washington Post.

Don't think they can't compel Yahoo to turn over your user information, and IP address.

Rain, I know you haven't much brain, but all ethics complaints, every one of them including Troopergate, and CREW have been dismissed. Governor Palin has been cleared , usually without judication on every one of them.

Could anyone imagine how odumbo would handled one bit of criticism or tough questions from the press. As soon as a reporter askes a real question, he starts to complain and whine. His town hall meetings must be scripted and the audience invited, odumo has had the press in his pocket from day one. No wonder the public does not know what a fraudlent, clueless, and weak usurper he really is. Grow a back bone odumbo! Governor Palin has taken more abuse from the press that imaginable. She is one tough woman, and it is not over. She is still fighting. She has not given up, just changing stragety. Too bad odumbo can't think on his feet like Governor Palin and be an effective leader..

These democrats are stupid. They actually think that Palin stepped down to go home. She's stepping down to take on Barack Obama face to face!

She wanted to destroy him during the election and the idiots in the McCain campaign wouldn't let her.

No one is going to stop her now. I almost feel sorry for the Chicago street thug, almost!

Obama is toast!

Many pundits, including Carl Rove and Mike Huckabee do not understand the tact that Governor Palin has taken, but neither do they understand the situation. Now she is free to travel in the lower 48 at will, promoting her book, promoting conservatism, promoting appropriate conservative candidates, and perhaps promoting herself for 2012.

Many Republicans believe that nothing John McCain has done or will do, can remove the stain to his honor he incurred by putting his nation at risk for attempting to make Palin a step away from the oval office. She,quite simply, has a second rate intellect. What can it profit the Republican Party to become identified with another incompentent?

Whoever influenced/offer to back-up Palin to resign and start her talk show for nomination as Prez. must be a good hynotizer, I do'nt know if the republican will risk another debacle, but get her to know world affairs and US history and maybe wear a remote control hearing transmitter during debates, I will just vote for, Oprah, she has a better chance.

I wish Palin would take over Michael Steele job she has a better chance of uniting the Republician Party and I feel she could get our message out of Fiscal Responsiblity not living beyond our means. Everyone that is blaming wall street and the banks for this fiasco needs to look in the mirror and see that they are responsiblity. Fiscal Responsability. Grow up americans see what Prez Obama is really up to.

Let's put Dems like Biden, Pelosi and Reid and their families under the same microscopic scrutiny from the hate mongering left and add the left leaning media frenzy endured by Sarah Palin and let's see how they hold up.
