She has had numerous opinions overturned by higher courts and has even been rebuked by a liberal judge superior to her for her lack of constitutional legal support for her arguments. Sotomayor is a racist, pure and simple. She's a member of LaRaza. Most of the cases of hers that have gone to the Supreme Court have been overturned. Justice Roberts said about one of them that her judgment "flies in the face of statutory law."

All judges regardless of what they say will make decisions based in part on THEIR interpretation of the Constitution, the arguements presneted and THEIR personal beliefs. This does not just occur at the Supreme Court level. This is true in every courtroom in the land. The BAD part about the appointment of a Supreme Court Justice, is that theirs is a LIFETIME appointment. They can cause more damage to the Constitution than any other person. The media has already fallen in love with her. COngress will blindly follow! It will not matter what comes out of the confirmation hearings so why even bother?
